If you want the guest information in your rooms to look more like a well-finished book than an office file, this buckram-covered compendium is a good option. The grey woven surface gives the folder a softer, more understated finish, while the silver rings hold clear page protectors for menus, service details and other printed information. Pages can be changed inside the sleeves without remaking the cover. As a custom guest directory manufacturer, we can adjust the folder size, fabric colour, logo, ring specification and sleeve layout to suit your hotel project.
The grey buckram cover works particularly well in boutique resorts, coastal hotels and nature-inspired properties. Its woven finish sits comfortably alongside light wood furniture, neutral fabrics and other soft interior details, giving the guest directory a quieter, book-like appearance.
It may not be the first choice for highly modern luxury hotels, as the fabric surface can appear too understated in interiors dominated by polished metal, marble, or high-gloss leather.
